     Woodpile Primitives originated eleven years ago with five employees in a chicken house and barn on a Christmas tree farm outside of Shelbyville, IL. Woodpile Primitives is a family business that is dedicated to customer service. We have grown over the years to a successful business, shipping our items all over the United States and Canada.      Each primitive piece is individually built to our exacting standards to assure that you receive nothing but the finest reproduction primitive.

     After being built, the primitive piece goes through a five step finishing process using quality simulated milk paint, our own stain, and high quality bees wax polish.
